Terence (Terry) Lee Bartunek Jr., 27 years of age, of DeWitt passed away on March 28, 2020. He was born on January 14, 1993 in Omaha. Terry was previously employed at Nebraska Machinery. He loved his job as a machine operator. Terry enjoyed cooking, fishing, drawing, playing video games, music, and tinkering and fixing things. He enjoyed going camping at the lake. It was a peaceful place where he could relax. He loved to have a fire and always had to poke at it. Terry loved to spend time with his family and friends. Terry was preceded in death by his grandparents Charles and Elaine Knapp and Edward and Diana Bartunek. Survivors include his fiance Jessie Castillo; mother Kimberly (Scott); father Terence Sr. (Cindi); sister Amanda (Ben); brothers Andrew (Sarah), Brandon, and Casey; nieces Brielle and Georianna; nephew Gavin; and aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. Celebration of Life services will be held at a later date (due to the current pandemic situation). There will be no viewing or visitation as cremation has taken place.
