Lynn R. Wesley, 58 years of age, of Beatrice passed away at her home Saturday morning, June 22, 2019. She was born on September 16, 1960 in Denver, CO to Warren and Ruth (Fielder) Rhoden. She had been employed in the maintenance department at Good Samaritan Center and BSDC and had worked in lawn care. She had lived in various locations and recently lived in Fairbury before moving to Beatrice since 1997. Lynn and Marvin Wesley were married on January 31, 1990. Lynn enjoyed being outdoors, enjoyed hunting, fishing and Sunday drives. She also enjoyed drawing and painting, arts and craft projects, photography, and collected eagles and Looney Tunes items.\nSurvivors include her husband Marvin; sons Curtis Rhoden of Fort Wayne, Indiana; Kyle Rhoden, and Matthew Rhoden and companion Stacey Cary, all of Beatrice; several grandchildren; siblings Bob Schmoldt of Omaha, Warren, Tony and Jeff Rhoden, and Wendy Rhoden, all of Beatrice; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Lee and Harold Schmoldt.\nLynn requested no viewing or services, but public visitation will be held from 10:00 AM-8:00 PM on Thursday, June 27, 2019 with the family greeting friends from 6-7:30 PM at the Griffiths-Hovendick Chapel in Beatrice.
