Jannell L. Parde Obituary (1950 - 2015)

Jannell L. Parde, 64 years of age, of Wymore passed away at her home Wednesday evening, March 25, 2015 following a yearlong battle with lung cancer. She was born on November 12, 1950 in Plattsmouth, NE and had lived in Waverly and Wymore most of her life. She attended Waverly High School in Waverly and later earned her GED. Jannell and Michael Parde were married on January 18, 1995. She had been employed at the Nebraska State Department of Agriculture in Lincoln and later provided home health care. Jannell was attending the Cornerstone Church in Beatrice and was a Master Gardener. She enjoyed gardening, caring for her animals, all nature, driving trips with her husband, and reading. Survivors include her husband of 20 years Michael Parde; mother Koila Spader; 5 children Teresa Dufek, Michael Watts, Donna Wilhelm, Debbie Watts, and Cathy Watts; 2 step sons Nick and Tanner Parde; 13 grandchildren; 5 siblings Tom Lawrence, Don Lawrence, June Backs, Gloria Johnston, and Judy Reynolds. She was preceded in death by her father Bill Spader. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, March 30, 2015 at the Cornerstone Church in Beatrice with Reverend Doyle Karst officiating. Burial of her ashes will be held at 10:15 AM Monday at the Evergreen Home Cemetery. There will be no viewing or visitation as cremation has taken place.
