Janine K. Cooper Obituary (1952 - 2015)

Janine K. Cooper, 63 years of age, of Beatrice passed away at her home Tuesday morning, September 29, 2015. She was born on April 7, 1952 in Beatrice to Harm and Betty (Seckman) Jurgens. She lived in the Wymore and Odell areas, was a graduate of Odell High School, and lived in Beatrice the past 12 years. Janine had been married to Robert Cooper until he passed away in 1999. She was a member of the Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Wymore. Janine enjoyed gardening and plants, getting together with her friends, and attending her grandchildren's activities. Survivors include her daughter Robin Cooper of Beatrice; son Shawn Cooper and wife Jess of Wymore; grandchildren Trent, Brodie, Janessa, and Callie Cooper; brother Don Jurgens and wife Loa of Wymore; sisters Jenneth Brown and husband Tommy, and Karen Stroebel, all of Hastings, and Amy Pearl and husband Don of Atlanta; and grand dogs Sadie and Puddles. Public graveside services (with casual dress encouraged) will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 3, 2015 at the Wymore Cemetery with Clayton Lundstedt officiating.
