Irvin F. Snyder Obituary (1928 - 2012)

Irvin F. Snyder, age 83 years, of Wymore died Friday night, May 25, 2012 at the Community Memorial Healthcare in Marysville, Kansas. He was born July 11, 1928 at Nortonville, Kansas. He was a 1946 graduate of Summerfield High School. He was married to Marjorie Buttner, and they moved to Wymore in 1973. Irvin had farmed, operated heavy equipment, worked construction jobs, and later was a salesman. Irvin is survived by his sister, Darlene Menninga of Summerfield, KS; by a son, John Snyder and his wife Margaret of Wymore; by four grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and by nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Irvin D. and Eleanora F. (Usher) Snyder, by his wife Marjorie on January 31, 1987; and by his close friend, Carol Loseman. Irvin requested no services and no visitation with burial of his cremated remains to be at the Blue Springs Cemetery at a later date.
