Brunie J. Ottersberg, age 88 of Lincoln passed away on June 8, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on March 25, 1934 in Filley to Eilert Ottersberg and Geisha Marie Buhr. He attended country school near Blue Springs. Brunie served his country in the United States Army from 1954 to 1958. He was united in marriage June 10, 1962 to Patricia Taylor. He worked for Burlington Northern Sante Fe as a pipe fitter. He liked to play bingo and fish. His grandkids and great grandkids were his everything.\n\nSurvivors include his children, Jennifer Boldin; grandkids, Natasha Lassek, Ray Boldin; great grandchildren, Amara and Braxton Brant; nephews and nieces, Terry Reffett, Lesa Ottersberg, Johnny Ottersberg, Jr, and Sherry Nuhn. \n He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Patricia (Taylor) Ottersberg, siblings Johnny Ottersberg and Alma Hunkle, and son-in-law James Boldin.\n\nThere will be no services at this time.
