Bonnie Lee Beckman

Bonnie Lee Beckman, 69 years of age, of Marysville, KS, formerly of Wymore, passed away at the Sabetha Manor in Sabetha, KS Monday morning, December 23, 2013. She was born on March 27, 1944 in Wymore to William and Rose (Buhr) Herman. She grew up and was baptized and confirmed at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Wymore. She had been married to Don Winkle, Gregory Crevan and John Beckman. Bonnie had worked as a seamstress and a cook at a nursing home.

Survivors include 2 sisters; Joan Vasey and husband Gary of Blue Springs, and LaRue Fentiman and husband Richard of Texas; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Rose (Buhr) Herman; brothers James and Billy Herman; and sister Patricia Bartels.

A Celebration of Life reception will be held from 1-4:00 Saturday, April 26, 2014 at the Memorial Hall in Blue Springs. Burial of her ashes will be at a later date.
