Agatha F. "Peg" Schuller, 87 years of age, of Beatrice, formerly of Odell, passed away Thursday afternoon, June 21, 2018 at Bryan East Medical Center in Lincoln. She was born on September 18, 1930 at Odell, NE to Joseph and Estella (Kostal) Schuller, graduated from Odell High School in 1947, and was a graduate of the University Of Nebraska. Peg was a teacher at Banner Country School near Odell, Lincoln Elementary School in Beatrice, and at Odell Public School. She moved to Beatrice from Odell about 10 years ago. Peg was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Odell and was a member of the Altar Society and taught catechism classes. She was a member of the Nebraska School Teachers Association. Peg really enjoyed teaching and was a devout Catholic.\nSurvivors include her brothers Joe Schuller and wife Sharon of York, and Bill Schuller of Lincoln; sister Margaret Parisien of Tucson, AZ; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Estella (Kostal) Schuller; brother Charles Schuller; and sisters in law Donna Schuller and Roberta Schuller.\nMass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Odell with Fr. Robert Barnhill and Fr. Father BalaRaju Marneni officiating. Interment in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Odell. The body will lie in state from 10:00 AM-8:00 PM Monday at the Griffiths-Hovendick Chapel in Beatrice and at the church one hour preceding the service on Tuesday. A scriptural prayer service will be held at 9:30 AM Tuesday at the church. A memorial has been established to the family's choice with the funeral home in charge.
